Job Summary
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent at BWO Insurance, you’ll help clients understand and manage their insurance policies while delivering exceptional service. You’ll handle inquiries, process policy changes and claims, and work closely with our agents to ensure clients get the coverage and support they need.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy changes and claims.
Explain commercial coverage options and answer client questions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Distribute and handle commercial mail.
Provide professional service via phone, email, and in person.
Collaborate with agents to deliver tailored solutions for businesses.
Qualifications
Customer service experience (insurance preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Property & Casualty license preferred (must be obtained within 60 days; agency covers costs).
