Job Summary

As an Account Manager at BWO Insurance, you’ll be a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients seeking personal or commercial insurance solutions. You’ll manage relationships, handle inquiries, process policy changes, assist with renewals and claims, and ensure clients have the right coverage for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building and is motivated to grow their book of business through referrals and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, managing personal or commercial accounts.

  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, and claims.

  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions.

  • Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with carriers.

  • Build strong client relationships to support retention and growth

Qualifications

  • Insurance account management or customer service experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of personal or commercial insurance products.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Property & Casualty license preferred (must obtain if not licensed).
