Job Summary

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent at BWO Insurance, you’ll support businesses by helping them manage their insurance policies and providing exceptional service. You’ll handle inquiries, process policy changes and claims, distribute and organize commercial mail, and work closely with our agents to ensure clients get the right protection for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with policy changes and claims.

  • Explain commercial coverage options and answer client questions.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Distribute and handle commercial mail.

  • Provide professional service via phone, email, and in person.

  • Collaborate with agents to deliver tailored solutions for businesses.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience (insurance preferred).

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Property & Casualty license preferred (must be obtained within 60 days; agency covers costs).
