Commercial Lines CSA
Commercial Lines CSA
Experience:
- 1-3 years Commercial Insurance Experience
- College Degree preferred
- Must be licensed in property/casualty insurance at time of hire
Duties:
- Retain existing customers by providing excellent customer experiences.
- Review contracts and issue certificates of insurance.
- Help BWO grow by using techniques to sell insurance products to new customers.
- Become familiar with accounts and claim activity.
- Reviews house accounts with customer and proactively cross-sells to provide additional coverage to existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and applications in order to close sales.
- Service in-house agent’s accounts. (According to assigned alpha split)
- Service house book (according to assigned alpha split)
- Manage assigned accounts including marketing to carriers, binding coverage, issuing renewals, producing evidence of insurance, etc.
- Keep producers informed of all activities on assigned accounts.
- Communicate in an efficient and friendly manner with customers, carrier representatives and co-workers.
- Complete & proper documentation of client management system
- Help maintain workflow and work within established processing procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Position requirements:
- Must have strong communication skills, and be able to positively and clearly interact with carriers, producers, clients, and co-workers.
- Working knowledge of rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
- Working knowledge of agency management system.

Senior Personal Lines CSA
Senior Personal Lines CSA
Experience:
- 5+ years Insurance Experience
- College Degree preferred
- Property & Casualty Agents License
Duties:
- Retain existing customers by providing excellent customer experiences.
- Help BWO grow by using techniques to sell insurance products to new customers.
- Become familiar with accounts and claim activity.
- Proactively cross-sell successfully and consistently to provide additional coverage to existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and applications in order to close sales.
- Handle book rolls initiated by both companies and agency.
- Completes special projects as needed.
- Service in-house agent's accounts.
- Manage assigned accounts including marketing to carriers, binding coverage, issuing renewals, producing evidence of insurance, etc.
- Keep producers informed of all activities on assigned accounts.
- Process mail, emails, and other communications from companies and insureds.
- Help maintain workflow and work within established operating procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner with customers, carrier representatives and office employees.
- Identify training needs among the team.
- Help in the audit functions of the Training and Audit Specialist as needed
- Provide continue feedback on all aspects of the team.
- Be a mentor and outstanding role model within the team, helping to support the organizations goals.
- Manage full territory for policy reviews and rewrites.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Personal Lines Account Manager
Personal Lines Account Manager
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in personal lines insurance.
- Strong working knowledge of coverages and carriers in the personal lines field.
- Bachelors or the equivalent in experience with personal lines.
- Have a property and casualty license.
Duties:
- Ability to present and solicit personal lines products to potential and existing clients.
- Ability to conduct needs-based marketing interviews with potential and existing clients.
- Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction.
- Ability to manage an entire book of business with a focus on key service and production results.
- Ability to read and understand metrics on the book of business and develop growth plans based on those metrics.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with existing customers that ultimately lead to referrals and cross sell opportunities.
- Ability to set up referral process to generate new business on an existing book of business.
- Goal oriented: highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results.
- Ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently.
- Manage current clients' accounts and current books of business on a day to day basis which includes billing, claims, endorsement processing, certificates of insurance, etc.
