Shawn is a Personal Lines Customer Service agent who works closely with our agents and insurance companies to make sure our customers' needs are being handled properly and in a timely manner. Shawn loves working with the BWO team and customer service is a high priority for him.

During his free time, Shawn enjoys spending time attending church, being with his family, and going to Brewer games.
