David Oas is the Business Operations Team Lead at BWO Insurance responsible for overseeing the daily workflow for the personal and commercial customer service teams. David is passionate about fostering great teamwork and promoting a positive work environment throughout the agency.

During his free time, David enjoys working at home in his yard, traveling with his wife, Lisa to our nation's beautiful national parks, and spending time outdoors hiking or bicycling.
