Alicia Drum is an Account Manager under the Budzisz Agency within BWO Insurance. Alicia comes with extensive experience and knowledge in both sales and claims. She sells personal and commercial insurance and helps current customers with all their insurance needs. Alicia strives to educate our customers in understanding the coverages that they have and how they work.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and playing with her pups outside.
